Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Metamorfose Marrakech, a company providing transformational travel experiences in Morocco. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Metamorfose Marrakech. By accessing or using any services provided by Metamorfose Marrakech, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you should not use this website or any services provided by Metamorfose Marrakech.

1. USE OF SERVICES

You agree to use Metamorfose Marrakech services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Metamorfose Marrakech server, or the network(s) connected to any Metamorfose Marrakech server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the services.

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

To book any of Metamorfose Marrakech’s services, you will be required to pay a deposit, which will be non-refundable in case of cancellation. Full payment of the remaining balance must be made no later than 30 days before the start of your trip. If you book within 30 days of the start of your trip, full payment is due at the time of booking.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your trip, you must notify Metamorfose Marrakech in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your trip, your deposit will be forfeited.
• If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before the start of your trip, you will be charged 50% of the total trip cost.
• If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of your trip, you will be charged the full trip cost.

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE

You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance for the duration of your trip, including medical, personal accident, and cancellation insurance. You must provide proof of insurance to Metamorfose Marrakech at least 30 days before the start of your trip.

5. LIABILITY

Metamorfose Marrakech is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from delays, cancellations, changes in itineraries, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, war, or natural disasters. In no event shall Metamorfose Marrakech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Morocco.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.

8. AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION

Metamorfose Marrakech reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services provided by Metamorfose Marrakech after any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
